What Are Early Symptoms of Arthritis?

Since there are several types of arthritis, the early symptoms associated with each of them are distinct. For rheumatoid arthritis, formation of lump of tissues is most prominent early symptom. Inflamations, stiffness of the body parts caused due to inflammation, difficulty in movement of joints are some other early signs of arthritis. This pain can persist right from few hours to a day. The early symptoms associated with osteoarthritis are acute pain in joints, burning sensation in muscles and tendons surrounding the area of joint.

Psoriatic arthritis is characterized by red, patchy and scaly skins. It also affects the joints near to the fingertips. If you feel repetitive pain and jerks in your back then it is early symptom of ankylosing spondylitis which is a kind of arthritis targeting the spine area. Slowly and steadily the pain starts moving in the direction of neck and may also affect ribcage. Early symptom of gout is severe pain in the big toe and later the pain will spread to ankle, knee and hands as well. You will feel such kind of symptoms at the night time.
